  • Read three student narrative examples and consider the following questions.
    • What does the author use as an intro/exposition
      What’s the rising action (what is building)?
      What’s the climax?
      What message is the author trying to convey to their reader?
      Find one use of sensory or descriptive imagery. 
  • Select narrative topic and begin planning out structure to narrative using the plot diagram graphic organizer (handed out in class)
