Started doing mini research gathering projects based on discussions we want to bring to the class. Assignment is up on Google Classroom called "ASSIGNMENT: Socratic Discussion Description" and will be due Monday. Completed Verb Practice #3 - Compare. See Mr. Restad for the slip of paper. Put Mr. Thoreau on trial. Each side created an argumentative presentation using the attached guide. Jury developed a rubric to evaluate each side's argument.
Finished Google Classroom Assignments. Read "Civil Disobedience" and took notes using the attached frame.
