Word of the day: defenestration: the act of throwing someone or something out of a window. 
Example: Mr. Restad bellowed, "Wendt! I'll end you via third-floor defenistration if you pour pickle juice in my coffee again!"

• I can identify the parts of a full citation in MLA format
• I can build a full-citation of a source using a citation builder or from scratch.​​​​

AGENDA:

• Review Research Questions: Make them complex, researchable (more than a simple Google search). Use inital reserach days to find out what you know, what you don't know, and revise research question.
  1. Is screentime harmful? Why are notes beneficial? (What do you mean by harmful/beneficial?)
  2. Does lack of sleep affect mental health? (Yes)
  3. What is more dangerous distracted driving or drunk driving? (distracted driving, by about 6 times when comparing the length of time it took drivers to react when sober, legally intoxicated (0.08 BAC), sending a text, and reading an email.)
  4. What are the positive/negative effects of capitalism/socialism (Woah, do you have time to write a book?)
