Junior CurriculumThe junior curriculum predominantly studies American literature: from early American writings to transcendentalism and reaches as far into the modern era as current author John Krakauer's Into Thin Air. Greats like Hemmingway, Twain, and Fitzgerald are studied not only for their literary execution, but also for the social issues raised in their novels that still resonate today. Along with our selections of literature to unpack, Juniors will be working on compositional skills for personal, argumentative, and analytical writing.
