Read Chapter 6 of Of Mice and Men aloud

1. At the end, Slim says to George, “you hadda, George.” In your small groups, discuss if this was the right thing to do or not?
2. Why do you think Slim is so understanding of what happened and compassionate to George.
3. Thinking symbolically, how was Lennie’s death foreshadowed. (I can come up with about 5 ways, how many can your group think of)
