Rhetoric is defined as language designed to have a persuasive or influencing effect on its audience. Basically, it means what is the author saying and how is he or she saying it. For the following assignment, consider the following thee definitions of the elements of Rhetoric. Logic: the text of the argument, as well as how well a writer has argued his/her point. Credibility: the role of the writer in the argument, and how credible his/her argument is. Emotions: the role of the audience in the argument, or how does he use emotions to affect a reader.
