DO NOW
  • Complete the daily check-in. (MUST BE COMPLETED AT LEAST TWICE PER WEEK)
  • UPDATED: School Announcement 4/3!

DEADLINE UPDATE - I've heard from a number of students needing additional time for their note chart, so I've decided to move the due dates to the following.
  • NOTE CHART: due this Thursday, April 2
  • REMEMBER the following.
    • If you still need time, take it. There is no late penalty for turning in something late. Do a good job, not a rushed one.
    • For those of you who turned in the Note Chart, review my comments, make corrections, and turn it back in. My goal is for everyone to get 100% on this.
    • you need two database articles (Issues and Controversies articles count as 2) AND two general internet sources to show me you can find and evaluate information through a Google search.
    • The goal for the note chart is that once we're done, you won't need to access your articles any more, so take good notes!

  • ANNOTATED WORKS CITED and OUTLINE: due Wednesday, April 8

These will be hard deadlines, so please, if you need help contact me.

CITATIONS
PLEASE! Don't overwork yourself on your citations. If you're using a database, check out the videos below to help build your FULL and IN TEXT citations.

If you're using things NOT on a database, use Purdue OWL (video below for explanation)
